Welcome to The Western Welkin, a sphere filled with pleasure-seeking airborne adventurers and licentious explorers. Hedonism and self-indulgence are plentiful, but citizens must constantly fight against the Moon Nazis, who are jealous of their endless joy and gratification.

Contains six new backgrounds, rules for Balloons and Aerial dogfights, rules for hex-crawling in the Western Welkin, a random mission generator, and Moon Nazis to punch!!
Contains a foldable pocketmod version, and an easy to read standard PDF file.
